Shipping Policy

  • Thank you for shopping with us! We commit to provide fast, reliable, and secure shipping to deliver your products in perfect condition.

Processing Time:

  • We strive to process your orders within 1-2 business days. Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Timaru Urban: Overnight
  • Timaru Rural: 1-3 days
  • Outside Timaru: 2-5 days

Delivery/Pick-up Time:

  • Free daily delivery within Timaru town between 5pm-8pm with minimum purchase of $50.
  • Pick-up options can be arranged.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • We partner with the fastest courier to ensure your orders are delivered on time.
  • Our rates are based on NZ Post Standard Fee and will be calculated at checkout. Fee is determined by location. However, shipping cost may be adjusted due to various factors like package weight  and dimension, hard-to-reach locations and products purchased (e.g. frozen/perishable).

If additional shipping cost applies, we will notify you before processing your orders to review and confirm the updated cost.

  • Timaru Urban: $8
  • Timaru Rural: $12
  • Outside Timaru:
  • South Island Urban (Outside Timaru): $14
  • South Island Rural (Outside Timaru): $18

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status on the shipping carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship Internationally
  • We do not ship on P.O. boxes and business addresses
  • Currently, we do not ship to North Island NZ

Frozen/Perishable Products:

  • Customers safety is our priority, so we take extra precautions when shipping frozen/perishable products.
  • Frozen products will be shipped using insulated packaging and expedited services to maintain temperature during transit. But, due to unforeseen events (e.g. delays) once the package leaves our store, products integrity is not guaranteed by the time of arrival. Given the sensitivity of these items, we ship all frozen products at the customer’s own risk.
  • We highly recommend that there is available person to receive the delivery.
  • By placing an order for frozen/perishable products, you agree and accept that we cannot be held responsible for any deterioration in product quality that may occur during transit.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Kindly note that we do not accept return, exchange nor refunds of all products unless damaged with exemptions to frozen/perishable items (kindly read above liability).
  • If your orders are lost, please contact NZ post for better assistance.
  • Should you receive your shipped products damaged, let us know within 2 days and we require photos on receipt.
